Description: On November 20 1990, the Plaintiff was sentenced to life in prison for murder and other charges. His conviction was based solely on the eyewitness testimony of two witnesses and one detective, all of who have been proven not credible since the Plaintiff was sentenced. Detective Pepey had falsified and fabricated evidence against the Plaintiff to ensure his conviction. His conviction was vacated on August 9 2021 after the DA's ICU uncovered new evidence. The Plaintiff spent over three decades in prison.
