Description: Plaintiff had gone to a laundromat when he was approached by an undercover officer, who asked if he knew where to buy drugs. Plaintiff said no, and returned to the laundromat to pick up his laundry. Plaintiff and his friend were then approached were then approached by other police officers, who asked them to drop the laundry bags, and proceeded to search them. Allegedly, police officers found nothing but arrested the plaintiff. He was charged with crim sale of marijuana in the 4th deg, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
