Description: On August 22, 2019, a family dispute arose wherein Plaintiff discovered that his stepdaughter, age 15, was using corporal punishment against his biological daughter, age 6. After a verbal dispute, Plaintiff’s wife left the scene. Plaintiff called her to check on her whereabouts and the phone was answered by a P.O. at the 33rd Precinct. The officer informed Plaintiff that his wife and kids were at the station. Plaintiff arrived at the station but the officer refused to let him see him family. Plaintiff was also not allowed to leave and soon, ten P.O.s surrounded and arrested Plaintiff while his 6 year old daughter watched.
