Description: On or about June 13th, 2017, Plaintiff was lawfully present on the street when PO Robert Feller and PO "John Doe" arrived at the location in plain clothes attire. Plaintiff was stopped, searched and arrested. Plaintiff was not engaged in unlawful or suspicious activity. Plaintiff was nevertheless handcuffed and transported to the 76th precinct for processing. Plaintiff was searched again and then detained for several hours. PO's Feller and "John Doe" falsely and maliciously instigated the commencement of a criminal prosecution of Plaintiff. All charges against Plaintiff were dismissed on July 31st, 2017.
