Description: On May 15, 2020, Plaintiff was on the porch of her home in the vicinity of 228-14 138 Ave, Queens, NY, when Defendant Police Officers unlawfully detained and arrested Plaintiff without legal justification. Plaintiff had called the police because her brother drove by the house and threatened Plaintiff. Plaintiff had an Order of Protection issued against her brother on May 14, 2020. Five male Defendant Officers responded to Plaintiff’s call for help. Defendant Officers asked Plaintiff for ID.
