Description: On or about September 21, 2021, Plaintiff was falsely arrested at his home, based on a fulty investigation conducted by Defendant NYPD Officers Daniel Fox, Jorge Rodriguez, and Robert Lapollo, David Walsh, Bradford Miller, John McManus, and Oliver Pu-Folks. Defendant officers, without sufficient evidence, falsely accused Plaintiff of involvement in an auto theft and distribution ring. Plaintiff was transported to 44th precinct in overly tight handcuff and imprisoned there. They fabricated evidence and forwarded it to the Bronx County DA’s Office, which led to a criminal indictment against Plaintiff.
