Complaint
Description: On July 16, 2019, at approximately 5:30 PM, defendant, in the back seat of a motor vehicle in the vicinity of the intersection of Central Ave. and Grove St. in Brooklyn, was stopped,, searched, seized and arrested by defendants Kelley and Erazo, as well as 10 Jane and John Doe police officers. The search was conducted without probable cause, evidence was manufactured, he was subjected to excessive force including an exceedingly tight handcuffing of which he complained at the time, and detained for 48 hours before being arraigned.
