Description: On April 17, 2013, Mr. King had left his grandmother's home and was stopped by an unmarked police vehicle immediately after pulling away from the curb. The plainclothes officers demanded that Mr. King get out of his car and he complied. The officers then searched him, forcing him to remove his shoes and reaching into his undergarments, and conducted a search of his car.
