Description: On February 7, 2021, Plaintiff was lawfully present and walking with his fiancée away from his vehicle and towards a store when Plaintiff was unlawfully approached by NYPD Officer Johnandrew Cusmano and John or Jane Doe 1-10. The Officers ordered Plaintiff back to his vehicle where they took his license and registration. A short time later, Officer Cusmano and others returned and demanded that Plaintiff exit his vehicle. The Officers grabbed Plaintiff, searched his person, and, after finding no contraband, violently contorted Plaintiff's arms behind his back and handcuffed him.
