Description: On October 30, 2017, Plaintiff Angela Dalzell witnessed her neighbor's son having an argument, and called the police. The neighbor's son then ran into Plaintiff's apartment, and the pursuing Defendant Officers then forced their way into Plaintiff's apartment. Upon entering Plaintiff's home, Defendant Officers attacked Plaintiff and forcefully pushing her into a wall fracturing one of her ribs. Defendant Officers wrongfully arrested Plaintiff and falsely told the DAO that they had observed Plaintiff committing various crimes. All charges against Plaintiff were eventually dismissed.
