Description: On or about June 7, 2023 plaintiff was lawfully at Bourough Hall Station, where they reside. While there, police officer Ashley Lawrence improperly detained Plaintiff. While being detained, Plaintiff was then violently assaulted by Officers Catherine Farley, David Richter, and two other NYPD officers. Plaintiff was then falsely arrested and accused of crimes without any reasonable cause. This violent assault causes mental and physical injuries to the Plaintiff. The false arrest caused the loss of employment and employment opportunities.

Description: On May 4, 2023, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Plaintiff, Mr. Guiseppi Dorsch, was present at the Jay Street Metrotech subway station in Kings County, New York, when NYPD officers allegedly stopped, detained, searched, and arrested him without probable cause. The officers reportedly used force to restrain him, bending his arms in opposite directions, which caused physical pain. Despite the lack of resistance and the absence of any contraband, Plaintiff was arrested and transported to a Transit Bureau station and subsequently to Central Booking.
