Description: On March 25, 2018, Plaintiff was driving on the highway to pickup equipment that was needed for work when he was pulled over by Defendants near Witherspoon Avenue and Williamsburg Street. Defendants claim that Plaintiff’s license plate and registration were both forged, as the license plate was temporary due to the fact that the vehicle was recently purchased. Plaintiff was arrested as a result, and maliciously prosecuted.
