Description: On May 27, 2023, around 9:00 P.M., plaintiff Nigel Edinborough was lawfully inside of a premises located at 99-21 215th Street Queens, when Police Officer Ethan Dillabough approached Plaintiff, arrested him and placed him in his squad car. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct and then central booking where he was caused humiliation, loss of freedom, and damage to his reputation. On August 01, 2023, the case was dismissed.
