Description: On or about July 5th, 2014, Plaintiff was lawfully inside his friend's apartment in Brooklyn when PO Christopher Kelley, PO Peter Colombini, PO Romando Julien and SGT Erek Powers entered the apartment. The apartment and those inside, including Plaintiff were searched. The search did not reveal any illicit substance, contraband, or evidence of a crime.
