Description: On August 15, 2010, Plaintiff was leaving a NYCHA property after visiting a friend. He was stopped, searched and questioned by NYPD officers. No contraband was found in the illegal search, and officers declined to verify Plaintiff’s explanation of why he was there. Plaintiff was cuffed. While being taken to a precinct he was illegally questioned about a homicide. Plaintiff was held for 2 hours before being released with a ticket for trespass. After four court appearances, the tickets were dismissed on March 9, 2011.
