Description: Plaintiff was standing outside of her apartment when she saw a group of officers and begins to record the interaction on her cellphone. Without having done anything wrong, Defendants Lopez and Sasso grabbed her, threw her against a car, handcuffed her, and searched her . Defendants found nothing illegal on her person but arrested her regardless. At the 73rd precinct, Defendants dragged Plaintiff out of the car by her handcuffs and ripped a hair tie out of her hair.
