Complaint
Description: On November 11, 2020, Officers approached the home of Plaintiff's father, which Plaintiff was caring for while his father was away, without a warrant or justification and requested to enter and search the premises. Plaintiff refused entrance to Officers, and they proceeded to brutally handcuff and terrorize him. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and was kept handcuffed for four hours without explanation or reason. While Plaintiff was detained, Officers ransacked and trashed his business premises causing damage to the property therein.
