Description: On or about December 29, 2017, Plaintiff was present at the premises known as 1420 Brooklyn Avenue, Apt 4G, in the borough of Brooklyn. At that moment, police officer Krista Cascalenda and unidentified police officers (John and Jane Doe 1-10) appeared at the premises. The police officers arrested plaintiff, and would eventually charge the plaintiff with having committed multiple crimes. During the arrest, the officers caused harmful offensive bodily contact, from which the plaintiff has suffered injuries.
