Description: On November 13, 2019, plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Brook Avenue and Third Avenue, Bronx. Plaintiff was confronted and attacked by 6-7 individuals while on my bike. After seeking help from nearby ambulance attendants, the attackers fled the scene, and defendant police officers shortly arrived. With no probable cause or legal justification, defendant officers proceeded to question and search plaintiff, falsely claiming that they found a boxcutter. Plaintiff was then handcuffed tightly, causing substantial pain. He was arrested and transported to the 42nd precinct, where defendants used illegal interrogation tactics, forcing plaintiff to testify and threatening him with lengthy imprisonment. During ar...
