Description: On September 13, 2023 Plaintiff Mark Ward left his employment and got into his car, which was parked in front of 208 Parkside Avenue, Brooklyn. Plaintiff Ward began talking to his friend, Co-Plaintiff Dwight Priestley, who was standing outside the passenger window. Without probable cause, PO Ali Salem and unknown POs John Does 1 - 3 approached and ordered Plaintiff Ward to produce his license and registration. Plaintiff Ward promptly complied. Co-Plaintiff Priestley asked why Plaintiff Ward was being stopped and the POs punched and handcuffed Co-Plaintiff Priestley.
