Description: On October 23, 2018, plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Walton Avenue and 179th street, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without probable cause, approached plaintiff and wrongfully touched, assaulted, punched, kicked, and battered plaintiff, before arresting him in an excessive manner. Defendants then proceeded to initiate a criminal judicial proceeding against plaintiff without probable cause, which was eventually terminated in plaintiff's favor. As a result of defendants' action, plaintiff suffered from severe physical, psychological, and emotional injury.
