Description: On July 22, 2023, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Plaintiffs, members of a large family, were dissembling a barbeque that had been held in celebration of an elderly relative at the Marcy Park Playground when the defendant officers unlawfully descended upon, detained, and arrested Plaintiffs without probable cause or legal justification. PO Floydfulmore grabbed the first Plaintiff, handcuffed her on one hand, dragged her to and across the ground by the handcuffed wrist, threw her over his shoulder and groped her genitalia as she cried for help.
