Complaint
Description: On or about October 2, 2022, plaintiff was traveling in a car that was stopped by the defendants, who removed plaintiff and handcuffed and arrested him. They transferred him to a precinct, where he was subjected to a strip search and confined to a cell with other prisoners for several hours. Thereafter, he was transported to Queens County Criminal Court, where he was again confined to a cell with other prisoners. On October 3, 2022, plaintiff was arraigned, charging him with Making a Terroristic Threat. Later the matter was dismissed.
