Description: On or about June 13, 2023, Plaintiff was operating his motor vehicle when he was unlawfully stopped by Defendant NYPD police officers. The officers ripped open the Plaintiff's driver side door and forcefully applied a handcuff to Plaintiff's left wrist. At the same time, one officer entered Plaintiff's vehicle and struck him in the head and face with a closed fist several times. Plaintiff was arrested and removed to a precinct where his first few requests for medical attention for his injuries were denied. Plaintiff was eventually taken to a hospital where he was diagnosed with multiple injuries including a concussion.
