Description: On January 22, 2015, at Hallet's Cove Park, Astoria, Queens, NY, Martinez was walking across the park on his way home from work when he was approached by members of the NYPD. Officers claimed Martinez was in Hallet's Cove Park after hours. Hallet's Cove Park is a 24-hour park. Martinez was arrested for being in the park after 9pm. Martinez received an ACD at arraignment. Martinez was incarcerated for 22 hours.
