Description: On March 10, 2023, around 2:20 p.m., plaintiff Shamari Marville was a passenger in a vehicle lawfully parked in a parking spot in the vicinity of Fish Avenue and Needham Avenue, Bronx. Without reasonable suspicion, Plaintiff was seized, searched, and falsely arrested for disorderly conduct and other crimes. At no time did Plaintiff commit the alleged crimes and the arresting officers, Police Officer Albert Flores and Sergeant Dywayne R. Harris, caused Plaintiff to suffer emotional harm and deprivation of his freedom.
