Description: On February 23, 2014, Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over on the side of the road. Plaintiff, his friend Marine and his daughter were standing on the side of the road, deciding who was going to drive next, when several police officers pulled up behind the car. The officers, including Officer Mullkeen, instructed Plaintiff to remove the keys from the car's ignition and ultiamtely took the keys from Defendant. Defendant was then told he was going to be taken to the precinct without explanation. Ultimately, Defendant was taken to central booking, arraigned and then released on charges such as resisting arrest and other related crimes. All charges against plaintiff were ultimately dismissed.
