Description: On August 18, 2013, Plaintiff was present at his home in Staten Island when Defendant Officers Laurie and several unnamed Defendants entered his home and arrested him without probable cause. The Defendant Officers were told that a person of interest lived at the same address as the Plaintiff but this individual lived on the first floor not the second floor where the Plaintiff resided in his apartment. The individual told Defendant Officers where to locate her boyfriend, a suspect involved in a police chase, not the Plaintiff. This person also arrived on scene and witnessed Defendant Officers arresting the Plaintiff at which point she told them they had the wrong person and Defendants responded that "they had th...
