Description: Plaintiff’s mother had been staying with her in Plaintiff’s apartment, along with Plaintiff’s 4 children and Plaintiff’s partner. Plaintiff’s mother became depressed after her home burned down, her hair salon went out of business, her husband passed away and her son was murdered in a short period of time. Plaintiff and her mother got into several arguments about leaving food around their home to rot, and Plaintiff’s mother began making false police reports against Plaintiff and other members of the family. On August 23, 2021, Plaintiff’s mother gave Plaintiff’s children candy, even though she was asked not to.
