Description: After Plaintiff went home and found his sister dead, he called police, who arrived at the location and took him to the 73rd Precinct. Despite knowing that Plaintiff had mental limitations, Defendant Officers proceeded to interrogate him in isolation for 23 hours, screaming, cursing, and shoving him until he falsely confessed. Defendant Officers withheld exculpatory information and Plaintiff was charged with murder.
