Description: On June 25, 2012, at around 3:34PM, Plaintiff was inside of 902 Broadway and had parked a vehicle near 907 Broadway. Plaintiff observed Defendant Officer Mahlung ticketing the vehicle. Plaintiff approached and spoke with Defendant Officer Mahlung and he was issued a Notice of Parking Violation and swore that Plaintiff hit him. Other NYCPD, including Defendant Officer Joseph arrived and at around 4:38PM, Plaintiff was placed under arrested. Plaintiff was released on June 26, 2012 and had directions to appear in court on September 4, 2012.
