Description: On April 17, 2013 Plaintiff was lawfully near a subway station when POs Anthony Gambino, John Doe, and Jane Doe assaulted and battered her without legal justification. POs falsely imprisoned Plaintiff and subjected her to a malicious prosecution in an effort to cover up their misconduct. Plaintiff suffered severe and serious injuries in and about diverse parts of the person, humiliation, shame, indignity, damage to reputation and credit, great pain, emotional and physical distress, mental shock, loss of employment opportunities, mental anguish, and psychological trauma as a result of this incident.
