Description: On or about December 28, 2019, police officers Christophe Ash, Justin Gabelman, Elaine Galvin, and John Doe 1-5 falsely arrested Shanee Jennings. Jennings was at her home 184-19 Henderson Avenue at Queens. Jennings was taking a refuge from her abusive uncle when the officers warrantlessly removed Jennings from her home with threats of violence, lifted and slammed her onto an EMS stretcher-including slamming her head against metal siderails of the stretcher, arrested and detained her while assaulting her verbally and physically. She was hit, struck, kicked, and punched, resulting in many injuries on her face. Jennings subsequently lost consciousness and was transported to a hospital. Jennings was then charged wi...
