Description: On June 29, 2012, Plaintiffs were in their apartment in the Bronx, when Defendant Officers, including Fidanza, Balicki, Edouard, Rivera and Pasquale, knocked down the front door and entered with their guns drawn. Plaintiff S.B., who was fourteen-years-old at the time, was asleep, wearing only underwear, when Defendant Officers barged in and threw her to the floor. Despite that Plaintiffs were not found in possession of any contraband and had not committed any crimes or offenses, Defendant Officers placed them under arrest and then proceeded to ransack Plaintiffs’ apartment, destroying their personal property.
