Description: On June 4, 2012, Plaintiff exited the place of business located at 2529 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd, NY, NY, and discovered Defendant Gonzalez issued a parking violation to his motor vehicle. Plaintiff approached Gonzalez and inquired why the parking violation was issued. Gonzalez responded in a belligerent, unprofessional manner. When Plaintiff verbally expressed his displeasure with Gonzalez's behavior, Gonzalez withdrew his service weapon, pressing it against Plaintiff's forehead, and threatening Plaintiff with bodily harm.
