Description: On December 31, 2021 Plaintiff was exiting the elevator of his friends apartment located on 143rd St near St. Ann’s Avenue in the Bronx, when Defendant Officers asked Plaintiff to step aside, at which point additional Defendant Officers grabbed Plaintiff by his arms and began to twist his arm behind his back. Plaintiff began to scream at the officers and asked what was going on. Defendant Officers threatened Plaintiff and began to assault Plaintiff without reason or legal justification. While two officers were holding Plaintiff on each side of his body, another officer came and began to jump on Plaintiff's leg with the full weight of the officer's body, and began to grab and pull at Plaintiff’s legs for no appa...
