Complaint
Description: On January 4, 2020, the plaintiff, Christopher Browne was at a train yard in Long Island City, Queens, with one other individual. After being there for five minutes, approximately 5 NYPD officers came running at the plaintiff and apprehended him. Despite the fact that the plaintiff was fully cooperative, did not resist or fail to obey in any manner, one of the officers, believed to be NYPD officer Talavera, tackled the plaintiff to the ground where punched, kneed, kicked and stomped on the plaintiff.
