Description: On July 30, 2012, Plaintiff was outside his own home when Police Officers Avinash Patel, Gregory Pico and Narine Ramlochan and Sergeants Michael Farrell and Bernard Smiley entered his yard and demanded Plaintiff leave the area. Plaintiff refused to leave his own property and Defendant officers demanded Plaintiff provide ID. Plaintiff questioned why he had to produce his ID and he was grabbed and slammed to the ground by Officers and handcuffed excessively tight. Plaintiff was searched and found nothing. Members of the community came and questioned the Officers actions, which led to Officers making the onlookers and Plaintiff. Plaintiff was dragged into a police vehicle.
