Description: On November 8, 2018, plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Wortman Avenue and Sheffield Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, when defendant officers unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, and falsely arrested and accused her. The defendants grabbed her from out of her vehicle out of the window injuring her arm. They then slammed the plaintiff against the vehicle and bent her arms in an extremely aggressive way injuring her arm further. At no time did the plaintiff commit a crime or engage in any unlawful activity. She was then transported to the 67th Precinct where her pleas to be hospitalized were ignored. All charges were dropped on February 6, 2019.
