Description: On April 28, 2016 at around 3PM, plaintiff was leaving a grocery store near his home. Defendant Pedro Abreu and other defendant officers stopped plaintiff and slammed him against a wall and was then arrested for absolutely no reason. Defendant officers had no warrant or lawful reason to arrest plaintiff. Plaintiff gave in and went with the police peacefully once he was handcuffed and submitted without resistance. When he arrived at the jail, plaintiff was subjected to a search and was deprived of all money and personal belongings. Plaintiff was eventually released from jail without any charges being filed against him.
