Description: On January 9th, 2019, Defendant Police Officers falsely arrested and imprisoned Plaintiff for trespassing while he was in front of his home in Brooklyn, though at that time, he had a legitimate and active lease signed by the complaining witness. During the arrest Plaintiff was assaulted by numerous Police Officers, including Ray E. Acevedo. He was forced to take off a lot of his clothing during the search. He was also battered: defendants grabbed Plaintiff’s butt, bent his left arm and one of them pressed his elbow against his head.
