Description: Defendant Officer stopped Plaintiff on the street, asked for his ID, and then Officer Dasilva punched him in the face. All Defendant Officers then assaulted Plaintiff, tightly handcuffed him, took him to PSA 3, denied him medical attention. Charged with open container and resisting arrest, which were ACD'd at arraignments.
