Description: On January 25, 2019, P.O. Kevin Weber and ten unidentified officers confronted and assaulted plaintiff while he was lawfully present on the street. At no point did they observe plaintiff committing a crime, and at no point did they identify themselves as police officers. The officers forcibly struck plaintiff with a gun to his head, threw him to the floor, then kneed and kicked plaintiff in his back while he was helpless on the ground and not resisting in any way. Description: On October 8, 2011, Plaintiff was riding home from work on a bus when it was stopped and boarded by NYPD officers to check for tickets. Plaintiff had purchased a ticket and was working on a small jewelry project for his hobby.
