Description: On October 15, 2020, at 9:30 PM, Plaintiff Cory Tucker was near Marion Avenue and East 194th Street, Bronx, when he was approached and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained by Defendant Officers Kyle Flood, John Doe, John Roe, Detective Paul Zaino, and Detective Daniel Rivera. While in Defendant Officer's custody, Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search and assault of his head, neck, back, body, and limbs. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours prior to release, and was then required to make numerous court appearances before the charges were terminated.
