Description: On October 12, 2016, the plaintiff, a college student, moved into an apartment at 9720 Kings Highway, Apt. 310, Brooklyn, New York. Two days later, on October 14, 2016, at approximately 6:00 a.m., the defendants forcefully entered the apartment, breaking the front door. The defendants were searching for an individual named "L. Dupree," whom they believed had sold drugs from the apartment on three separate occasions before the plaintiff moved in. However, "L. Dupree" no longer lived in the apartment, and the plaintiff had no knowledge of this person.
