Description: On or about June 16, 2020, plaintiff, a minor, called her school's social worker to report suicidal thoughts. The social worker then contacted NYPD and/or emergency services. Plaintiff, S.T., was found in the hallway of her home with a steak knife in her hand. Plaintiff's mother, also a plaintiff in this case, was present. NYPD arrived and told Plaintiff ST to drop the knife which she did. NYPD officer McNab used excessive force and then tased the infant plaintiff. Description: Plaintiff received call that her son was being arrested and found her son handcuffed inside of NYPD vehicle. Defendant Officers called for backup and more officers arrived. Plaintiff took out phone to film her son's arrest and was told to use her phone a few feet away from the scene. One of the Defendant Officers used a taser on Plaintiff's son and when Plaintiff tried to get closer to her son Defendant Sealy violently shoved Plaintiff back.
