Description: On or about April 21, 2023, Plaintiff and his girlfriend and some other friends were sitting outside on the steps of Plaintiff’s mother’s resident on Valentine avenue in the confines of the 52 precinct. While at his mother’s residence, Plaintiff parked his girlfriend’s automobile SUV, on a public street and was not in violation of any parking regulation.
