Description: Background: The plaintiff has been officially arrested without probable cause by the defendant eight times before their encounter on July 13, 2012. His charges have always been dismissed without a trial. July 13, 2012: Plaintiff was arrested by the defendant and charged with resisting arrest. This charge was dismissed. July 20, 2012: Plaintiff was arrested by the defendant and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of government administration. These charges were dismissed. April 2014 at around 2-4 p.m.: Plaintiff and some friends were arrested by the defendant for disorderly conduct on 163rd Street. They were taken to the 42nd precinct. While in the holding cell, the defendant told the plaintiff and his friends that they were now "detained for being a dickhead from Lymanî instead of disorderly conduct. The defendant assaulted the plaintiff when a fight broke out in the cell even though the plaintiff was not involved. The plaintiff was released that night without a charge. July 20, 2014: Plaintiff was falsely arrested by the defendant. He was taken to the 42nd precinct and charged with criminal trespass and trespass. These charges were later dismissed. July 21, 2014: Plaintiff was arrested by the defendant for criminal sale of marijuana, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of marijuana. He was booked at the 42th precinct. These charges were dismissed without trial. August 1, 2014: Plaintiff was arrested by the defendant and booked at the 42nd precinct. He was released without charges. June 13, 2015: Plaintiff was arrested by the defendant for criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was booked at the 42nd precinct. These charges were dismissed.
