Description: On October 15, 2011, plaintiff John Dekuyper was participating in an Occupy Wall Street-related assembly in the Times Square Area in Manhattan alongside his wife and daughter. Plaintiff was separated from his wife and daughter at about 6:00 pm due to the police funneling protesters into a kettle in the vicinity of West 46th Street and 7th Avenue.
