Description: On or about November 28, 2012, Plaintiff was using a coin machine at a Check Cashing Place in the Bronx when Defendant Officer Chu and her partner entered the business and yelled an obscenity-laced directive at her to stop using the machine. As the Plaintiff was not aware from whom this yelling emanated, nor at whom it was directed, she continued using the coin machine. Defendant Officer Chu then grabbed the Plaintiff's arm, twisted it into a painful position and causing her to suffer serious and debilitating injuries to her right wrist.
